All UK orders are dispatched with the Royal Mail First Class service as standard.  

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we do. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Standard. This service aims to deliver within 5-7 working days, however it can take up to 21 working days. If you haven’t received your delivery after 21 working days of placing the order please get in touch. 

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Usually, we aim to deliver within 3 working days, however it can take up to 5-7 working days. If you haven’t received your delivery within 10 working days of placing the order please get in touch.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

The Sage Yorkshire website works on encrypted SSL encryption-based Internet security protocol. Our payment partner, Stripe, is a PCI Service Provider Level 1, which offers the highest possible level of payment processing security. Stripe is encrypted as well. This ensures the security and integrity of information through encrypting all credit and debit card numbers. In short, Stripe along with Sage Yorkshire exceeds the industry standards where security is concerned!

How do I place an Order?

Orders can be made by selecting a print, selecting a size and the quantity. Customers can then go to our secure checkout page and make a payment as they would do for any online purchase. How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us with your name, order number and a few lines about what you would like to change, or why you would like to cancel your order and we will do everything to get it sorted for you as soon as possible!

Do I need an account to place an order?

No! You do not need to make an account to buy any of our prints. Our shopping process is simple and hassle-free! 

How Can I Return a Product?

Sage prides itself on quality. However, if you find that one of our prints has not met the high standard we have promised you; it has made it to you in a state that is not advertised on our website, or you have received the wrong product, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can assist you with a quick and hassle-free return!
